Refund policy

 Of course, we hope that you really love our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an order to us. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or it’s simply not right for you, then we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been used or is in an unsellable condition.
To start a return, you must contact us at lauren@wilfandfriends.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address for your items. 

Being a small business we are afraid that we cannot absorb the additional cost of returns shipping therefore customers are responsible for the costs of returning items. We also strongly advise obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

The quickest way to make a return & be refunded ASAP is by Royal Mail. You can either arrange a home collection or drop your parcel off at a Post Office. You’ll be refunded within 5 days of Wilf & Friends receiving your return. Returns typically take 5 days to reach us.

Exclusions

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any of the following:

  • Goods damaged by attempts to repair them

  • Any furniture products unless they are faulty

  • Bespoke, personalised or perishable goods

  • Products that have been fitted with a tamper seal or a hygiene seal, or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
