There seems to be a problem with my order - can you help?

We always endeavour to work through any issue you may have with your order so please always email us first.

How do I make a return?

Of course, we hope that you really love our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an order to us.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or it’s simply not right for you, then we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Click here to see our full returns process.

The product I would like is out of stock?

We are sorry if we are out of stock of something you are looking for. You can often see an expected return to stock date on the product page. If we are expecting an arrival of new stock you will have the option to sign up to our 'notify me when stock is available' email which can be found on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as this item is available to order.

Can I request you to stock a new brand?

We are always on the lookout for new design-led brands! Please contact us with any new brand or product suggestions.
